Doc Makers can create and manage docs, pages, folders, and workspaces. Editors can edit content and collaborate in existing docs & pages.
Who do I pay for and why?
You pay for Doc Makers based on the number of Doc Makers in the workspace. Editors and Viewers are always free.
How much does Coda AI cost?
Coda AI is included for Doc Makers, with Editors receiving a free trial. Each workspace gets a set of credits based on the plan and number of Doc Makers.
What is a credit?
Credits measure how much AI you use. 1 credit is approximately 40 characters in English, or 7.5 words.
Can I give edit access to people outside of my workspace?
Yes, external users can become Guest Editors and edit content in individual docs shared with them.
What happens when I publicly share my doc?
You can share a doc with anyone via link through the sharing feature inside the doc.
